Default Do you have any advice?

I figure since some of the members are "older". They might have learned something in their long lives. If you could give someone younger some advice. Your best advice. What would it be? This advice can be something as simple as: Don't look over the rear fender while driving through mud. It can also be something just related to life. Like: Live for today because tomorrow is guaranteed to no one. Give us your best.

Now, all you kids come up front and form a circle. You just might learn something.

Start investing your earned income early in life.

Diversified stock dividend reinvestments plans are the most simple way to create wealth.

Along the way purchase property that can be leased out.

Pay your credit cards off in full monthly.

Be goal orientated.

If you have $100.00 saved why not have a time period set to make it $1000.00

Avoid paying interest wherever possible. The money that you have left over from your income, after you have paid for all the things you HAVE to pay for ( taxes, food, housing, insurance...) is a very precious and small amount. To waste it on interest on a car loan or credit card debt or any unnecessary loan is STUPID money. You pretty much HAVE to borrow for a house. Other things, if you can't buy it, you can't afford it. Treat money this way and when you are thirty you will be well set and your friends with all the new stuff today, bought on credit, will be in your dust. (Of your new 1000 cc quad)

Here is the advice I just gave my 19 year old brother: There are two things that you should take every step to protect. 1) Your Teeth. 2) your Credit. They are both really expensive to repair.
