Powroll does 430cc bore & stroke combo kits.
CurtisSparks used to have a 475cc kit a few years back but I don't know if they still do them.
Regarding FourStrokeTech, Mickey Dunlap is a frequent member of the forum here. You may want to send him a PM about what he still offers for this engine.
TC Racing also used to build these engines. Had one a few years back that they claimed to have 68HP.
