I put a 155 main jet in the 450R with a 2" hole in the back of the air box lid. I rode it yesterday and it runs great! I have the stock pipe with the baffle out. It feels a lot better in the lower RPM's! Thought this mite help the low budget people like me!

 

Hey - how hard is it to change the JET on a 450R ??

I got some documents from WHite Brothers - and they say it comes off by taking off the Carb CAP - 4screws and then 2 under that ?? if thats true -t hen does it come off from the top instead of the bottom like most ??

I dont get it - did you do this jet replacement ???
