Default MOTOR VIBRATION DUE TO LOOSE BOLTS

Has anyone had problems with loose motor mount bolts on the p700 or p650? It seems odd to me that out of the 4 guy's I ride with reguraly and ( we all ride KAW'S one 650 and 3 700 Prairie's) 3 of us have noticed vibration, and the cause has been loose motor mount bolts!! Is this comon with the Prairie?

Default MOTOR VIBRATION DUE TO LOOSE BOLTS

I don't know if this is a common problem...but I can tell you that about a month ago, I happened to notice that 2 of my motor mount bolts were missing and another one was loose! I replaced them/tightened them ASAP and now I keep an eye on them from time to time.

Happy trails...

It is pretty common, if you look at some of my past posts on threads concerning shifter linkage adjustment, that one of the leading causes of needing a shifter linkage adjustment, was because the motor mounts were loose... this was mentioned on this forum 6-8 months ago...

Looks like KAW needs to check there torque specks or invest in a little loc-tite. A vibrating motor could ruin mounting holes in motor casting and frame. I hope new p700 owners get to read this thread. Thank you for the replies, keep them bolts tight!
