FST has the best big bore kit period..

Not many 800's out yet, but there are some 785's.

With some dalton clutch mods, duals, and the CDI, you'll be bad news.

Shotgun pretty much summed it up,,, FST is the way to go! The only true way for you to understand just how much power this makes is to find someone who has it and beg them to let you have a ride!

Alba is a quality company and they arent going to market junk. I would trust them if they are producing a big bore kit for the 700. They rely on their reputation. It is the growth of their business relying on it. Have fun. Hope to roost with ya sometime at the Oregon Dunes.

I've got to say, that with a big bore, cams, & head work... add a CDI, & you'll have a quad that you will want to keep others off of... just to give you an idea, with these mods on my "old" 650 Prairie, ( she's a lead sled, over 700 lbs ), I have no trouble embarasing stock V Forces, Preditors, Raptors, all of which are 300 or more lbs lighter... IMO, a Force with these same mods, would be like watching the AOL comercials with American Chopper....Boom, you're in another time zone...

I know this is an old post but,

Shotgun where does a guy get an 800 FST big bore kit,

and can I use that kit on a P650 or would it be better to mod my STP700 instead.

I want keep my relaibility as good as I can and still make a sleeper for the sand drags.

I notice you have an 850, shotgun can you still slap on a set of stock tires and go trail riding with it or is it stickley a sled puller now. I still want to be able to take the thing trail riding in colorado once or twice a year plus hit the sand drags once a month or so, would I be giving up any of its trail riding abilities if I have a 785 to 800 kit installed.

FST is Four Stroke tech, Mickey Dunlap 814-842-6159

I have heard of no problems with the 750, 765, 785, 800 kits and I know a lot of people on this forum use them for rideing and raceing. I'm sure that Mickey would be happy to talk with you about a kit. The kit is A#1, but your motor will only be as good as the person who does your work.

My motor will be used for pulling and raceing. it is a one off, higher compression motor that will run on race gas.

Sorry to have gotten this coversation going on two different post at the same time. I was repling to this one so you would get a notice about a reply, when you were replying to my post at same time.

I have a performance specialty shop that I have started using they even have a dyno. I put my dyno info on a post earlyer today.

Have you ever had dyno hooked to yours, What kind of power gains should a guy get out of a big boore kit 765 vs 800
