250R shocks 86 to 88 the same?

Default 250R shocks
Question: Are the front shocks on TRX250R 's the same fom 86 thru 89? (stock a-arms)????? need an answer quick for an Ebay auction ending in an hour....

nope. 88-89 were valved different. might've had differnt spring rate in front as well. 88-89 models
were way plusher than 86-87. beleive me, i have an 86 and the 88 i was on rode much better.
