Default Durablue axle WHY?

I see there are few new stock length durablue replacement axles on ebay right now. I wonder if durablues could be anywhere near as strong as a stock dale axle. I asked a couple of times if any has ever even bent a stock one and only one guy ever had. It was in a horrific crash. They straightened it and rode on. Ive been running wheel spacers for the last year with no effect. What are your experiences.

I still run the stock axle. I have been through more than a dozen rear wheels in the past two years running hare scrambles with mine but not the axle...yet anyway.

None of those around here have aftermarket axles in theirs and I have heard no complaints yet.

I run wheel spacers on mine as well when I run a MX race. Still no problems.

I hear a 250r and 400ex axle can be swapped in with different hubs. I wonder if anyone has installed dale axles in thier hondas since the market is flooded with them(stock dale axles).

You dont know my bro . He still thinks the old 250r is the way and the light. He could never admit that there is anything better out there (even the 450r)and sure wouldnt even think of putting a dale part in his fleet of trailer queens.LOL

I guess he is still undecided . None of his 400ex parts fit on the 450r so that kind of sucks. I think he wants the yamaha because with a pipe and cam mods it will outpower my Speed. I hope he gets something before our dune trip because his 400ex is a slug in the dunes.

Every one is invited to the atk event. It would be nice to get some more people from the midwest to go out there.
