Default anyone know what they call this?

i want to know what the peice of metal the a-arms conect to is called.
the peice that holds the wheel hub and then connects to the a-arms.

That would be the called steering knuckle.

Would that be where the Kiniption Pin attaches to the Johnson Rod?

On regular cars and truck its called a spindle.
