Check out the Sport Lakota, it should do both just fine, depending on what is in the trailer.

i was very interested in the lakota till they took off the racks and changed the color to that ulgy color of blue, maby i can eather get a 2000 or maby the 2001 will come in two different versions with racks or no racks. my local dealers don't have any in stock or the mojaves does yours. i wonder if it is too late to get a 2000.
i hope not.
i may have to end up going with a warrior even though i dont want too.
but i know one thing i am not getting a honda thats for sure.

Except for the dunes part, the lakota would best fit the bill. The auto clutch and the 300 utility motor would make trailer pulling a snap, and slow and go/ quick bursts trail riding fun. (plus it's got reverse gear). The lakota does have a huge turning radius though...I think due to the fact that it's a mojave frame and one is intended to steer more with the throttle than the bars. Something not possible with a trailer on. The Blaster would be useless for trailer pulling, and you will wear a hole in your boot from the constant shifting needed to keep the motor in the powerband on technical/ rocky trails. The Blasters suspension will also beat you up. All three of these machines are really for smaller framed riders as well. Really no more than 5'- 6" I'd say. At 6', my knees were always whacking the bars on the lakota and my rump was off the back end on the blaster. (Causing more than one inadvertant mud bath I'm compelled to add :-)
The Warrior is a good bike, and would do all of the things you want to do, why not give it a look too.
That's my 2.5 cents...no substitutions, exchanges, or refunds....

The Blue is not Ugly . I happen to like it . The new ones you can buy a Rack for the rear from www.buykawasaki.com in either steel or aluminum . And you now have to buy the tow hitch . You dont want to pull stuff with a clutch type quad . The Lakota may have a utility motor but it rides like a Sport quad , its the best of both worlds . I race mine in the summer and put on the Camo cover I got from the same web site and hunt deer in the fall . it is a very versatile quad , one you wont grow tired of soon .

I think the "little blue mule" can stand up to the challenge.I happen to own one a 2002 Kawasaki Lakota Sport 300 with a few modds and it runs great.I dont know about dunes(never been in the desert)but as far as trail riding and pulling stuff(trailers)it will do just fine as long as the weight is not passed its limit. Some say it isnt sport cause of its weight/and automatic clutch. But i can do almost anything they can with mine jump, outrun, wheelie, donuts, etc. This "little blue mule" can k1ck @$$

The Lakota is a very underrated machine. Usually by people that really don't know it. It'll keep up and can/will beat a 300EX in a drag. I'm only about 1 length behind a piped and jetted Mojave, ONLY if he gets a better start. In tight trails I keep up with my buddies on a Raptor and 400EX, no prob. Not to mention, it'll pull a 650 pound load. Try that with a Raptor. I have never had it in dunes like Pismo or Glamis, but I have had it in dunes at a park called the Badlands. It does very well. The stock tires do suck, though. The auto clutch is a very good friend in the tight technical/rocky areas. I'm 5'10", 200lbs and feel quite comfortable on it. The ride of the Lakota is quite plush and soaks up the terrain very well. You will not be the fastest out there, but you'll enough power to have a great time and surprise quite a few. Going by the models you listed and what you intend to do, the Lakota is prob. your best choice.
