Default Riding Boots

Hey ya'll, I just bought some Alpine Stars Tech-6 boots and I'm wondering how long it will take them to break in. I put them on last night and seemed like it was going to be hard to shift since I could barely move my ankle. I paid 169.99 for them so I think got a pretty decent price...So anyway, how long did you gusy to break yours in?

they will fall apart before they break in, I know 2 peaple that thats happend to. newer style boots suck there all plastic and heavy with no flex. MSR makes a set of leather boots like the old high-points. to awnser your ? take them swimming a coulpe times and to work and school, and around the house.

The T-6 is my all time favorite boot. They will break in some, but they are stiff for a reason. That is what will save your foot when you run over it!

Just sounds like a bad experience with cheaper boots. Buying boots under around $200 are bound to have problems. I have had Fox Forma Pro's for around 6 months now, they are light and broke in easily, and still perform like new.

i've had my A-star tech 4's for over a year with LOTS of riding time on them and not a single problem yet.
