What is the best 440 kit for my 2002 400ex?
The mods I already have are:
FMF HI-FLO header
FMF powercore 4 muffler
Dyno jet kit
K&N air filter
What other things should i do to my bike

Just piece a kit together. Go with an advance sleeve, JE or Ross piston and gaskets from Cometic. Throw a cam in while you are at it. You might have to replace the valve springs with a HD spring...if you are up against the rev limiter a lot. You could also replace the valves while you are at it, port and polish the head, upgrade the carb and connecting rod. You could also go with a HD timing chain. It's really up to you and how much money you want to spend. Depending on what you want, you may also want to upgrade suspention.
