Im looking at buying a Yamaha but cant decide between the banshee or the raptor. i like to go to the sand dunes and also go trail riding with my neighbors witch one is best to suit my need?

For the dunes the banshee for the trails the raptor. Would you rather have a 4 stroke or 2 storke?

 

i would rather have a 2 stroke and yes i know that the banshee is a 2 stroke. but my nieghbors always ride in high elevations. so i have to decide which i like better the dunes or trails i would rather go to the dunes cause my cuzin is gettin a CR 125 motor cycle so he could go down with me. does the banshee have reverse or not

 

Alot depends on your riding style... I'm sure the Banshee is alot lighter than the Rappy, so if you like to throw the bike around a bit a Rappy may be to heavy. I had a Banshee and I now have a Raptor but I like the electric start and the reverse. I weigh 220 and 6 foot tall so the Rappy fits me well.Have ya ridden either one? no i have never ridden one know one i know has one can i just go to the dealership and say im looking at buying one or the other will they let me ride them?

 

also is it true that all things will have to be four stroke in 2007?

 

banshee personally. everybody always says the banshee is bad for trail riding, but I think its fine but then again it all depends on what kind of rider you are.

 

but is it good in high elevation?
