would 1985 HONDA 250R, ESR 330cc kit, ESR pipe, +8 swingarm, Marvin show shock, , new plastics/seat, powder coating be decent on a trail nothing to hard just some light trails? and is 2500 to much for it?

I have never looked at the 250R as a good trail trike because of the power band (4 stokes are optimum) But that thing should Haul butt. For all the work in the trike; in my opinion that price is not out of range.

Heck it's still a ATV, so I would go for it.......8" is a long way......handling may be a little funny but I don't see how you are goint to kill it (or you) on a few trails. But when it comes to those dunes your are going to Thrash it up!!!!! and may not want to bother with them trails And I just ment I never felt 250R's in general(even stock) are very good trail trikes.
