5 times longer brake life with new pads and discs.
Stainless steel braided brake lines, improved master cylinder and brake handle.
New E-Z steer system, which includes improved componet geometry and steering post bearing.
No longer have the headlight pod.( Yea! I personaly hate those things.)
Speedometer will be Optional.
$300 less list price!

Cool! I new they would remedy any issues, Polaris are only getting better!

Will any retrofit to other atv's? and are these things going to be on the 2001 Sportsman?

Those brakes sounds like they are gonna kick Butt! I would still like to see the split brakes though.

was this a release from polaris? this all sounds great i hope these upgrades are also carryed over for the sp700. did it say anything about the new sportsman chopperbill?

Anything about colour and body style?

Im not fussy about the dark green, I prefer my red 96.

No news on any other models. Fax just came this A.M. Would guess these changes will be in store for other models.

brakes improved on all models, not the sp700 however . . . this is because the sp will be a 500 high output for 2001. sorry.
