Default Stock head pipe vs aftermarket

Exactly what is different about aftermarket head pipes then stock head pipes? They may not look the same, but I just don't see how it will improve performance at all.....especially if they say you should should buy a full system if you plan on doing major engine work later. I just don't understand the difference.....they seem exactly the same.

The warrior stock pipe is a very good pipe. There is no need to buy a full system unless you want it for the looks.

Really...hmm....Maybe I will take mine off some day, sand her down, and give her like 20 coats of 1500 Eninge paint, bake it on, then maybe it will look good....

But, also on other quads, I just can't see the difference.

For instance ... On raptors the head pipe diameter is somtimes bigger some aftermarket headpipes are the same diameter. Also were the two pipes merge together is usually a different length than stock
