Default Best Axle for my Raptor

I'm looking for an axle plus 4" or adjustable that will fit my stock carrier with the jtm extention. I ride mostly sand, like to drag, shoot hills and if my wheels get off the ground great, but my kids tend to want to put some air under the tires. I do ride the hard pack in the desert also. I have extenders on the stock and like the extra width. I also like the look of the after market axles.

I have a durablue x-33 on mine with billet hubs and locknut. Nice setup I think. Perfect fit with my +2+1 a arms. Lonestar makes a decent axle for a little less. Rpm makes the best, but you need an rpm swingarm and millenium tapered bearing carrier.

I have the lonestar axle in mine. Makes it a totally different quad. I would go with the aluminum hubs thou, you have to tighten them up before each ride or they strip out

I have the durablue X-33 with billet hubs. I don't get a lot of air but I do a little and so far so good. It looks good as well. I've read where some have had troubles with their DB though. Hopefuly not me.

Where is the best place to get these different axles with the best prices? Do you have to put the hubs on or will stock work?

Rocky mountain has good prices on the Durablue axles. Not all axles require new hubs, stock hubs will work.

The RPM axle does not require the their swing arm and bearing carrier, (if thats what you were tring to say maddog56, thats what i got from it) i just took my stock one out and slipped the rpm on. just get a locknut if you dont want to be tighteing it up at evry stop. stock hubs fit the rpm axle too.

I got my RPM from nacs for 409 for the axle and 60 for the lock nut, and it fit right on my stock swingarm.
