Default Dayco hose - have I got the right one?

Found this post on another forum that was posted by a member common to all the forums -
Quote:
"Here's a set of numbers I was given for "the" Hose
Napa 7335:
Gates 20523
Dayco 70608
Goodyear 60741"
As far as I know, these fit that Ford Van..."

I now have a Dayco 70608 in my hands. It looks to have the correct diameter to fasten to the airbox, the first bend looks correct for running the hose up along the steering stem. But the bend at the top, rather than facing ahead like the stock snorkel, faces to the rear. Is this the Napa hose that everyone is using??

I see a lot of Napa hoses in people's signatures - I know someone has the answer. (Just a long way of saying "BTT") lol

It should be "S" shaped not "U" shaped. This is the part #'s I know.

NAPA 7335
Gates 20523
Kelly Springfield (Autozone) L-395
Goodyear 61323

I'll try it first; I might cut it and see if I can add a piece of 45 degree PVC for the top.
