Seriously, it's good that you got a good review and a raise but be careful. Usually when a boss says, "everything is great but...", he wants you to pay special attention to the "but":-)

It's not free but it's not that much money when you consider what it costs to get fired.

I'm due for my review as well, and yes I post most of my messages while at work, like now. Unfortunately, we lost 5 guys in our shop due to inappropriate material. Now I am swamped with running a machine and being an MRP Controller as well. WHEW. I haven't had a day off in the last 5 weeks. The checks are nice though.

 

My boss could care less as long as i do my job, i dload games movies and music all day!Oh and post here.

 

I used to be able to do that for the past 5 years but now that we have grown to a corporate business this had to stop immediately.
