Well yesterday I got motivated and decided i would start getting my quads and bike ready for the riding season.
Well while I was working on the raptor i open the air box and the thing was a little over 1/4 full of corn. crazy mice must have went in through the air breather line and decided it was a nice place to build a home and fill full of corn. Lucky for my those little sucker didn't eat my air filter. I learned a lesson in the winter stick some de-con in the air box for the mice to snack on.

Yea i know how that is.... my friend has an old Lt250 that hasnt ran in like 10 years, and last fall he fired it up and took it for a ride, and it bogged down and died.... he htought he blew it up and everything. so we took the engine apart and when we seen it was fine we were both puzzled. Well he went to take a look at the air filter and in them LT250's the air filter is about 10 inches deep and like 4 or 5 wide and long. well he opened it up and it was chuck full of corn. only about the top inch of the filter was visible.... no wonder it didnt run... no air. Well we had it apart and it hadnt been rebuilt in 10 years so he decided to go out and get a wiseco piston and we got it all runnin again. Dang mice!

Don't even get me started on freakin mice and squirrels.
I went from here to Glamis a couple years back to meet some forum members, at fsw2. I went with what I thought was a blown motor. Raptorrrc, 14mins, and Crafty said they would help fix it when I got there. We started tearring it down and I had this nasty sludge crap on top of my piston. It was dog food....my air filters, carbs, and head was full of the stuff. I had the filters off for a rebuild right before I left and the squirrels must have packed my filters full and I never realised it. I bet there are some pictures still floating around from it. I caught hell for awhile after that trip.
