11:1 stage 1 - where to start jetting at?
#1
I have a pro-flo design (K&N) with lid off, JE piston 11:1, and stage 1 hotcam. Just wondering where to start including mains, pilots and turnouts...thanks a lot.....by the way, which main is bigger when sitting on the bike, the left or right????

180/185 should be pretty close, your call on the screws, maybe about 2 3/4 and 3 turns.
The right side (or clutch side) is the bigger jet, because of the bigger port.

edit: with 25 pilots

Get yourself some BSR42 needle jets, one for each carb. they will flow more fuel into the carbs. 175/180 180/185 mikuni small round main jets should work fine. 3 turns out on the air/fuel screws should be good. If you go 25 pilots probably in the neighborhood of 2 - 2 1/2 turns out each. Start the needle clip position on clip #3. trial and error after that.

I have basically the same setup and am running 175/180 with 25 needles on the 4th clip. Pilots are too lean, needle is too rich. Air screws are at 3 and 3.5, also too rich.
