If the oil level on the Polaris 4 strokes varies depending upon engine temperature, does this mean that the standard oil filter does not have an anti syphon valve?

any two stroke can have 4 cyles, as can any 4 stroke, cycle is one complete operation. so stop confusing strokes with cycles.
