Sounds like the spark plug. I would check that first.

You should have a spark plug tool that came witht the quad.

Just reach up and pull the wire off the plug. Put the plug wrench down inside on top of the plug, insert a screw driver in the holes provided and turn it out. You can also use a socket if you have one that fits. Once you figure out how to get to the plug it's not that bad.

If the plug is bad don't bother tryin to clean it up and put it back in because once it's gone it's gone.

Hopefully your problem is solved by now, but I would agree that it sounds like a fouled plug...And don't try to clean it. Buy a new one and it should solve your problem, and remember not to hit the throttle until it fires, or you'll more thean likely foul the plug again...My riding buddy finally figured that part out after He fouled a couple of them..Good luck....

thanx alot guys yeah i figure that its the spark plug.. i got the bike used so i didn't get ne tool for it. i had to take all the plastic off of it and the gas tank. used a long 18 mm socket. finally got it out. gonna pick up a new plug in the morning. btw... i cleaned it off and check to see if it had spark n it had a weak spark but it did spark.. yeah tryed to used the old one but it didn't work.. i'll remember not to give it gas tommorow when startin. should i use the choke? what about sum startin fluid? neways i'll tell ya'll how it turns out tommorow. and tryin to start it so much made my battery low. so i'm chargin it over night.. hopfully i'll be able to go out ridin tommorow. thanx

Yea, I would use the choke for a little while then slowly turn it down. DONT use starting fluid. ITs not to good on the motor.

When getting the bike warm try and not bleep the throttle, in the cold weather it needs to warm slowly.

Hope this helps.
