what is the going price for new 03 04 250 ex dealers say 3499
+160 +40 what should i expect to pay

My 250EX was $3500 plus tax. Over all I payed $4000.

you can get them cheaper. shop around a work at it a bit.
Although the prime discounted buying time has passed now.

they were selling them in ga for 3400 out the door in january but i bought the suzuki instead
