Default Raptor intermittent miss

I finally got the jetting right (so I thought), solved the fuel in the crankcase problem, and got the idle near perfect. Now, anywhere over idle, there is an intermittent miss in the engine, especially at full throttle at higher rpms. No backfiring, just a miss, like a bad sparkplug or something. Plug is fine, and I didn't have this problem before I started work on the thing. Here's the list of mods:
stock pilots
-155, 160 GYTR mains
-clip on 3rd pos.
-4-1" Holes in airbox lid
-full Yoshi comp exhaust
-K&N filter w/outer cover
Is it running out of fuel at high rpms? Should I go back to 25 pilot and bump up the mains?

Default Raptor intermittent miss

Mine runs awsome above idle. But I cant get the miss to go away at idle. It ran great stock and never acted the way before I messed with it. my mods are ; Pro-Circuit T-4 full system w/ 2' end cap,UNI air filter, (stock lid-no holes)Dynajet stage 2 kit w/ fuel needles. I have adjusted the mix screws to no avail. When you say the clips on the needles are in the 3rd position is that from the top cause my kit said to put it in the 4th from the top. im running a 146 main in the L & a 148 main in the R.And let me tell u it has instant throttle response and doesnt miss a lick all the way to the rev limiter but it idles ruogh and wants to stall when u get un the binders hard (float level?)Even w/ the lid off it still idles bad & I dont beleive its a ignition problemcause it didnt do this before I piped & jetted it.

I had the rough idle before I went back to the stock pilots. Try that if you haven't already. Believe me, the power gain is great, throttle response is crisp, but I also did not have this or any other problem before I started the mods. That is why I don't believe it is an electrical problem.
