XR600 in a ATC 350X??

has anyone used an xr600 or bigger motor and put it in a 85-86 ATC 350X?? Can it be done easily or with a lot of modification??

The 350x engine has plenty of potential.
DO NOT REPLACE with something you are going to make work! But if you insist I want your
350x engine please,please,please.

I have thought of that idea it sounds mean. What about the kick start?

I heard of a guy that actually did that. The only real problem was that the guy kept ripping his sprokets off because the 600 had too much power for the frame. So you would probbaly have to change the stock sprokets if you did it.

i used the 350x frame cut the engine cradle out and used the cradle from my 84 xl600 welded it together and used an oil tank from an old kawi with copper tubes for oils transfer.kicker was a lil close to the tire but it worked great wit a 13 tooth front sprocket. cost.. $150 and a shot gun
