Default edlebrock for raptor

Has anyone tried that single carb conversion from edlebrock on the Raptor? I'm curious on if, how and where it changes the way the power come on.

Well I've been runinng the edelbrock for about 6 months and I love it. I started out with the stock 660 and I've moved up to 686 and the tech said I could keep the edelbrock that it will work fine. You just have to change the needles.

what type of gains/loss's did you see with the stock vs the edelbrock? is there alot of diffrence? was it worth it for yamaha to do the lame "dual carb deal"?

You know it was allot of difference but the thing is that the thumb hurts so much after a while......
