Hey anyone know if Splitfires are a good as they used to be?
also any one have any stock muffleres laying around I'd like to dual out my kfx but don't feel ike spending aSh!tload of cash either
also I put a k& n on mine and I don't feel like there is that much more power (of course I haven't rejetted it either
I'm up in colorado and do allot of trail riding up in the 5k + range

any suggestions?

 

I wouldn't use splitfires on anything. They cause most vehicles to fail emission testing and are the worst for causing misfire of any plug I've seen. Use the plug that the manufacture specifies and you won't go wrong.

I always heard good things about them of course we don't have emissions for quads

I too have heard that Splitfire or any other "self-cleaning" plug will hurt your motor. I think they burn to hot.

 

dont waste your time trying to build your own exhaust, i have a set of dmc duals,carbonfiber snorkle, front fender scoop,k&n filter,AC front bumper spare fenders all for only 585.00 in sandiego area 619 843-7396

 

what color are the fenders and would you sell them seperate? id like to have a set of orange plastic.
