Compared to a trx 250r or a yfz, yes they are. Compared to other big bores, not so much. A little body english goes a long way. A few hours on the bike and you will learn what it needs to slide through the corners and such. A new set of tires, lowering the ride height, and adjusting the shocks will help with this.

To really make it handle like a dream, get an extended axle, a arms, and a new set of zps shocks.

I'm 6'5" 245lbs, and it's not top heavy for me. When I got +3 arms and +4 axle, it got even better

Not so much top heavy as a little narrow
a extended axel would make a big diffrance as would A arms or wheel spacers but the axels the first thing to go for , if you jump dont go with wheel spacers on the rear as the stock axel might bend.

but like the other guys said if thats all you ride you will get used to it, if you are switching between bikes it is much more noticible

Wasn't top heavy to me. Espically after switching to the first set of Razr 2 tires that I ran. The best method for lowering the ride height is adding a CFM Lowering kit, and flipping the rear linkage. That really helped the handling.

what? Lol. Raptors are just feel top-heavy the 1st couple of rides, but you soon get used to it, and dont even notice it.
