Default Question about paddle tire storage?

I was wondering what is the best way to have you bike parked when you have the paddles on the bike. is it ok to leave it on the ground or, lift it off the ground? I park it on cement and I also have dune runners on the front. What is your guys advise???
thanx,

I also put mine on jack stands, if I store the bike with the tires on it. If, I take them off, I lay the tires on their side and put a board between them as I stack them on top of each other.
