I tryed it yesterday and i have the hardest time shifting? It took me so long to go from 1st to 2nd then it takes me with normal boots on to go threw all gears. What do you have tro do? by a longer shift lever or something

 

Thats the same problem I had wiht my Thor T-30s. My shifter on mine is adjustable so I just made it higher. Is the shifter adjustable on yours?

 

Are the boots brand new? If your having that much trouble shifting they must be, because once you get them broken in they arent that bad. Yes, it may take some adjusting of your brake pedal and shifter, but thats because your riding position changes some.

 

Thats right if you have brand new boots and if your new to riding with boots your going to have a hard time. it took me about 2 weeks to get used to it. once they were broken in it felt weird not having them on when riding. i love my boots ever since my foot got caught under the rear tire one of the first times i put my leg out because i was going to tip over.

 

Just break em in by walking around your house in em,make a lot of movements especially in the ankles,to get them to move like you want em to.If you dont break em in before you use em theyll feel real stiff...

 

Do you mean put the shifter higher so it is easier to put it under it to shift?

 

That's what he means. Raise your shifter and break the boots in.

 

thats what i did..just make sure you dont put it to high or it will stick on the pull start housing...i love MX boots..i feel like i wont break an ankle

 

my tech 4's werent bad at all after riding in them for several hours.
