Default more ?'s about my 500/auto cat

Well I am new to ya'll here. I found this cat at an extremely good price. Maybe? So far I have had to repair the radiator(cracked at both mounts on top),the only brakes we had at first were compressed cow crap inbetween the rotors not much old backing plate either left. Cow crap is very similar to hydacloric acid and loves metal.
So now we got all that fixed and we still have not so good brakes compared to other 4 wheelers I have rode. Next to repalce is all o'rings and back caliber could not get it apart to clean was lucky to get the pistons to go down to get new pads on wheel. New rotors and wheel bearings will come soon. Led sometimes works in neutral and brite light and once a flash when engine overheated because I was stupid and broke the diode off when replaceing rad. Tried rig it back on (it didn't work)
How much Milage should one get out of a tank of gas?
Could someone post the bearing and seal numbers from a bearing house rather from the dealer Outrageous prices from dealer for these parts!!!! IMHO.
I also have a clunk in the front when going slow downhill it sound like the axle is catching.
I knew the bike would have to some repairs and someTLC given to it but the body and engine are great on this bike. The fella that had the bike is never real kind to anything but he does take care of the motors and most of the mechinal things needed on his stuff.
This poor bike got run into a oilwell casing head on. I wonder what county the kid that was riding it landed in. You can see where it bent the front frame under the grill a little but steers straight and none of the front parts show any ware.
Our local Cat Dealer says the bike is in pretty good shape except for what I listed as soon to be fixed items. He thinks the clunk or catch is from a front axle or differental gear hanging a bit.( I sure hope not)
Even with all of the wierd things I would not give up the ride or clearance or the pulling power or the get out the Tennessee clay power this bike has.
He says the led is bad and it is 129.00 for a new one( don't see that Happening to soon)
Are rotors available cheaper aftermaket and from who? also the brake pads are so high in cost for so little a parts ? Also is there is anyone else who thinks their breaks are little soft. I plan on pulling a trailcutter mower with this bike on my farm. I have some spot where I just don't think is sake with a tractor and bush hog. Have any of you folks out there used yours for this kind of work?
All in all I love this cat and would trade it for another brand. Maybe a bigger cat though!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for all your replys.

Gas mileage should be 80-100 miles per tank depending on how you ride and how well the machine is tuned. For the bearings if you take them to a bearing house they can match it up for you. There are several aftermarket rotor companies. Look in the ATV mags they advertise there so are brake pad companies. Usually parts at a dealer a more expensive then aftermarket. For more firm brakes depending on the year of your machine AC switched manufactures in 2001-2002 I think they went back to the willwoods in 2003. The willwoods are better housings. You can also upgrade to the stainless steel lines if yours are the rubber hoses.
