Does anyone know where I can get a gusset kit for a Z400? I tried Timmy Boy Designs and can't get their website to work. I can't find a kit anywhere!

 

i have seen them on ebay before.

Thanks for all the info. I checked that Walsh Racing and they want $200. LSR wants $175. That's seems pretty high. I seen them on Ebay for the 400ex for $30. I've only ever seen one on Ebay for the Z400 and missed bidding on it.

I was thinking about getting a new z400. I have an ozark now and the frame was bad and it cracked. Have you noticed any problems with z400s? thanks

 

That's the second time I've heard of the Ozark frame cracking. Several reports of Z400 frames have been discussed on other threads. Try typing in 'Z400 frame' in the search. We have an Ozark and the only problem we've had is cold starting. We're planning to gusset the frame of the Z400 prior to powdercoating.

I heard that Suzuki went with a thicker tubeing for ther 04 frames...but i just heard that???
