Default adjusting air/fuel mixture on tb 250

OK I have a tb 250 that is running to much air with not enough fuel. How do I adjust this mixture on it? Any screws to turn, turn it back or forth. I know its getting to much air because it runs better with the choke on, it runs better in cold temeratures, and if I put my hand over the air intake it works better also.

parts manual
Page D-1 has the carb schematic. Look for the air mix screw (11). This is a PDF document, so you'll need Adobe to view it. If you have a cd burner, make a copy, just a good thing to have.
