Default Mojave guys with Maier front fenders/no mudflaps, where to put the overflow tank?

When you guys rip the mudflaps off the Mojave and go with the Maier race fenders it looks like the radiator overflow tank is hangin out in the open. Has anyone moved the overflow tank, or should I just leave it in the stock position? Thanks.

PS->First post of many I hope, had the mojave for a couple months now and just found this place

hey mojave addict, you don't have to have the overflow bottle at all, you can just eliminate it all together. Also what kind of coolant and oil do you use.

No you dont need the bottle. I use regular glycol antifreeze and water mixed 50/50. I sometimes add some "water wetter". I was using Mobil 1 oil but they changed the specs on it this year and cut out most of the zinc and phosphorus in it so I do not run it now. Any good oil made for motorcycles with wet clutches is ok. Do not run car oil, it does not have the same additives and they are reducing the good additives that a quad needs with each new specification that comes out. A good solution to get good protection and not spend a bundle is to buy Valvoline motorcycle oil at Auto Zone. I like the 20w50. Change it often and you do not need synthetic, although synthetic is good.
