2004 600 mossy oak?

Hi All!
Hope you don't mind me finding you...we are novices at this, so need some qualified advice. We have found what we believe is a nice 2004.5 Sportsman 600 (used). It's in Mossy Oak. BUT everything I can find says the 600 isn't available in Mossy Oak. Is this true?
I should also note that we have not seen the machine in person yet...only have been emailed pictures. I should probably come right out and ask the guy directly, but...
Thanks in advance for your help.

No SP 600 was made in Mossy Oak (that I am aware of). Maybe he bought the plastic and did it himself. I would ask and find out what the story is.
Also, if you don't know the owner and this is a e-bay or internet or 'out of state' deal, I would be VERY careful. Many scams out there. If it looks to good to be true, it is.

Okay, finally got a dealership to talk to me. This WAS/IS a stock machine. It was called the "Sportsman Edition" and there was limited production of 600s (2004.5).
Thank you so much for taking the time to respond! I have been nosing around the board and you guys (and gals) provide awesome information!!!
The guy is offering a fair price (good, not great) and it will be a cash transaction, so if we aren't happy with the machine when we go get it, we can walk away.

Actually my buddy (who I ride with) bought an 04.5 600 Sportsman new in the camo. I think they were only available in the Hunter addition. Came with handlebar heaters, winch, Rawhide tires, and the rims were painted to match camo from the factory. Pretty cool unit all in all.
