ok me n my best friend were ridin in this grass feild on our 400ex's just doin wheelies and racing for fun. well i was in a 3rd gear wheelie then i got back to far so i just tapped on the rear brake and brought it back down. then i downshifted back into 2nd to pull in back up agian, i was just cruisin in 2nd for a second to get ready for the next wheelie. well all of a sudden i felt a front tire hit the the back of my left arm and saw my freind flipping. he was in a 4th gear wheelie behind me and his right front tire hit my arm and his right rear tire hit my left rear tire and he flipped forward about 5 times and then his quad stoped upsidedown, luckily he jumped off way left and didnt get hurt at all. well his 4wheeler has a ben5t stearing stem, bent clutch lever, messed up plastic, broken headlights, n thats about it. well i think he got it better then me tho, i didn't flip but now i have a broken finger, twisted steering stem, and bent renthal bars. so i typed this whole thing 1 handed and my mom won't let me ride for a long time cuz the doctor said my finger needs 4- 6 weeks] 2 heal!. and we brought his home n took it apart n heated up his steering stem and got it str8 again, and heated up his clutch lever n fixed that also. so he can ride tommorow n i'm not gonna be able to ride 4 ever and have a messed up 4wheeler!!

btw sry if the typing is messed up its hard to type with one hand lol

 

Dude, that sucks. I hate to hear your misfortune man. Maybe your mom will let you ride before that HUGE timeframe. Hope you get your banshee going again.

 

thanx man, yeah i hope to be able 2 ride sooner, if my quad didn't have a clutch i could prolly drive one, lol. knowin the way i am i'll prolly be ridin by the end of the week. lol

 

what finger di you break, i rode with a broken middle finger and ride just as hard as i normally do, its not as scary if u have brush guards on ur bars cuz i had to learn the hard way [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] i didnt wanna ride for like a week after that cuz it felt like the initial break

 

i broke my pinkie really bad n jammed my finger next to that, but i can't pull in the clutch right now.

 

your friend is a dumbass. when I crashed in the dunes and messed up my lip and had an adrenaline rush going so it didn't really hurt till I got to the emergency room.

 

here finger will feel better alot sooner than that, ive snapped my left ring finger sideways and ive broke my hand. when i broke my hand i was riding a bicycle and i got right back up and started rididng around and i left it for the rest of the week and then put an ace bandage on it and never got medical attention... now my bone in my hand is arked. good idea goin to the doctors i never got my hand fixed and it nuthin but trouble.

roostthrower, i didn't even think ne thing happend 2 me untill i tryed flippin his quad over,

xxyamaha, i went the first day without gettin it checked out but i went to the doctor becuase all the ppl at school were all sayin that it would be deformed if i didn't get it checked out and that they might have to re-break it to fix the problem, so i decided it was time to get it looked at after that. lol
