I have alot of aftermarket parts, but only a few to help the motor. The DMC pipe , modded air box and jetted may have gained a few extra ponies!!! It realy woke up the bottom end and especialy the mid section. I have the 6 ply razrs on the rear and have know problem sliding through the corners, and the 3+6 offset helps alot with stability.

If you want any other info just ask !!
It may seem like I have alot into this lil quad but I bought it for $3600 otd, so with all the extras I am just over what some other dealers are selling it for OTD

Do you have holes in your airbox or what mod did you make to it? Also, the pipe, does it not come with the spark arrestor or do you have to purchase that extra?

Thanks!! I am trying to get my Z250 up to par so I dont have to buy a new one.

The pipe comes with NO spark arrestor or quiet core ! the pipe is very loud without the quiet core , close to 104 dbl !
As for the air box I removed the plate on the inside of the lid, so that the air will go directly into the box, I also installed the twin air filter.

I just took the baffle out of the stock exhaust, couple airbox mods., rejetted, and widened it out about 3" and got the same results as everyone else. I don't understand buying the DMC full exhaust. The header pipe is exactly the same as the stock one. Same as just buying the slip on right? When an exhaust doesn't require jetting that means its not allowing more air flow, which means your not getting any more power out of it. Whats the point? I think I might go with the Alba slip-on. The best thing I did is the spacers and flipping the front rims, made a huge difference in handling.
