Default z400 cam

I am thinking about getting a cam for my z400. I was looking at maybe a hot cam. what kind is the best? what gains could I expect? cost? installation tips? my other mods are listed below. thanks for the help.

HOT CAMS are relatively cheap. You should be able to pick a set up for under $300 easy.They are relatively easy to install also if you have some basic engine skills and a shop manual. As far as gains go it will depend on what type of riding you do. You will gain more overall by putting both cams in but you will sacrifice bottom end(this setup is great for desert or mx). If you do alot of trail riding in tight wooded areas where you would tend lug the motor then you would only want to put 1 cam in (they are sold seperately).One more thing, if the valve adjustment isn't at spec. when using both cams you could encounter some idling issues. I think i'm gonna order the hotcams intake cam tonight and give that a try.
