Default HMF Full System Exhaust For A Grizzly 660? Help!

Does anyone know how well an HMF Full System Exhaust works with an 02 Grizzly 660? What jetting should I use when riding at an elevation of 2,100 Ft.? I lost power when I put on 27" Dirt Devils. Will this exhaust give me back that power I lost when used with a K&N filter and jet kit?

Any feedback will help! Thanks!

The pipe will help but it will be pretty loud. HMF told me that it would be about 102db but the power increase would be worth the increase in sound. I might suggest that you install a clutch kit for the larger tires. I put one in mine and it made a hell of a difference. With the 27" 589 on without the clutch kit it couldn't pull the front end off the ground. After putting it in I can catwalk the grizz in low gear with ease and can do it in hi-gear with a little work. The clutch kit gets the engine engaging where it should be.

I have the slip on and the increase was well worth the money. I'm sure the full system is better, but the difference didn't look as much for the price increase between slip on and full system. It makes it major loud though. I don't really care about this, but then again I don't get bothered by much. The majority of people would get sick of the loud noise real soon, and for somebody that hunts, no way. Its earth shattering loud. You will feel the power increase though. Acceleration is a lot better with the big tires, and it will get going in a hurry with the stockers.

I think I paid like $295 shipped to my door from www.4atvtires.com and that included the k&n filter and jet kit. Can't remember my jetting, but I could figure it out if you needed the numbers. I got my setup from some dude on here or Highlifter. I never go to Highlifters site, and I haven't posted there in over a year, but its the best place to go to research Grizz 660 topics. Tons of posts on there. This place has become a sport quad dominant site.
