I will be helping run a Teens camp this summer. it will be outdoor based and involve ATV's for some of the days.

Okay, if you were to send your teens to a camp for the summer, what would you wnat them to get out of it?

How many camp's you plan on running ? so far you have like 3 different ideas .

 

Depends what the camp is based on. You can't send a kid to a basket weaving camp and expect him to come back a gladiator.


Is the camp solely based off of ATV riding or is it just an outdoor camp?

 

It is ATV's and survival techniques.

We would be teaching them survival stuff (shelters, what to do in a survival situation. etc.) take them on ATV tours, hiking, outdoor photography, cooking in the backcountry.

Would you send your kids to something like this?

 

Sounds more like a militia. J/K. I don't have any kids but I would have enjoyed something like that when I was one.

 

We plan on doing womens camps, Children camps, and Teen camps.

 

im 17, and that sounds pretty cool to me. I love being outdoors so i would like that stuff.
