High performance Rectifier/? Anyone tried it?
#1
I was looking on the procom website and they claim to get 8% gains by high performance rectifier. Ive never heard of this mod till recently. What up with it. Is this for real gains, if so I need one.
Just got off the phone w/ procom- I told them I was going to dyno the rectifier, and they said they guarantee their product and if it does not add the power they claimed then they will refund the money.. 8% thats pretty good.!! if its true.

Thanks for the info fellas, Procom told me they will refund the money if I dont see gains. I am going to dyno the drag pipe this week anyways, Maybe I should dyno "high performance" rectifiers w/ Stock rectifier back to back to REALY see whats cookin. If I dont see any gains We will all know. Its only 59 bucks, so for a $59 dollar shot in the dark gain, I may test their claims. Heck What do I have to lose, And If it in fact does not work, Maybe Ill save some people from a headache in disguise if it is bs.

It's a scam!
The DS motor uses a permanent magnet system. There is no way to turn off magnetic field to reduce the load on the motor. There are other charging systems out there that this is possible but not ours.

Its supposed to sensor your battery charging, if a full charge is on the battery, it diverts the extra amprage to the the CDI, your supposed to get a hotter stronger spark, Like someone wrote for the cost 51 bucks thats what mine cost, I said what the hey!!!! try it out!
Just keep in mind that they say a full freash battery is required to notice gains.
