yep I hear ya, I just wish they would give me a spare end cap for a Raptor exhaust. Mine fell off somewhere in the dunes a long time ago. I use the pipe for a spare when ever I need one. They want 48.00 for just the endcap...... Oh well, cant get lifetime warranty on everything....LOL!!

If you must know, they were the transparent radiator lines,YEP thats a 104$ peice and still they refunded. They just became TOO big after heating up,there from the "WOCO clear lines company",so WOCO´s fault really,so I guess its all good on there side too. They say theyve sold over 300 and only 5 have been defective, inclueding mine.

Dfitz:No,really,no presure needed AT ALL,just told them the problem and they replied with there offer of refund or store credit.

I told you they were good. In this situation, they stood behind something that wasn't even their fault. So like I have said before, Alba is a great place to do business. I have always been happy with their products...

But that end cap is high. I could use a new one, but don't want to shell out the $$ to get a new one. LOL. BTW...they don't fall off when you keep the bolts tight. LOL. But Alba is a great place to do business, and they have had great customer service with everything I have purchased from them.

pretty good stuff, my experience with alba was good. Slow, but good...my pipe was on backorder so they had to wait for enough orders to send out to the manufacturer.

I don't know a thing about their mailorder side of the business, but their shop guys are clueless.

I find it very interesting that they ship their engines half way across the country for repair but yet advertise a full service tech department. What a joke.

Reminds me of the discussions a few weeks back about the PBR products.

It wouldn't take but just a second for someone to steal it, and that sucks.
