hey people any one ever had a problem with their foot brake bindinig up on the rubi, i took the cable apart and every thing is free its actually where the brake arm attaches to the frame could not get it to slide off. was gonna grease it up and see if it does the trick. looked at my rancher too has same set up but is free and loose what gives, im tired of always checking to see if that stupid pedal is up if not im smokin by brakes

Yes I have seen it several times. I have seen some that were ignored for a long time and REALLY stuck. Some grease should fix it up. If you look you will see there is actually a seal on both sides of the hole in the pedal where it fits on the frame boss. It's not a totally bad idea to replace them as well, or just remove the pedal and grease it every once in awhile.
