sputtering noise on blaster

when i only give it alittle throttle it sputters idk why, i just got it and im new to the 2 strokes , is this normal?

What do you mean sputters? Does it sound like it is going to stall when you give it throttle?

well kinda ya like when u are using the choke and rideing it feels like that when i giove it alittle throttle or top put in 3rd gear
