I got mine on Ebay... a 3 year for about 380. There's a guy on there now who claims to be selling the 4 year for $375 and if so that would be the best deal I've ever seen. Buying from Kawasaki will cost you almost twice as much.

If you are going to finance any part of the cost talk to your lending institution. Often they will sell you an extended warrante way cheaper than the dealer.

When I bought my V, my dealer tried to sell me 36 months for $500. I have never bought an extended warranty on anything before, so i wasn't really interested. They really wanted to sell me the warranty, so they kept making the deal sweeter. After about 30 minutes of negotiating I ended up getting 30 months for $300. i thought it was a pretty good deal since the v-twin seemed like a complicated motor and might be worth having the warranty.

I would have no problem what so ever when it comes to fixing it...I have all the tools and knowhow (my dad lol) to fix anything that would break...It is jus the cost of the parts that could be so damn much

I just opted for a four year, starts after the factory warrenty runs out, for $400.00 from the dealership where we bought the quad. They started at $490.00 so maybe I didn't haggle enough. Might have been able to do better off e-bay but figured if the whole process is at the same place in case of future trouble it might be easier to deal with.

So far RMC (Renton Motorcycles) in Renton, Washington has been great to deal with.
