Default Yamaha says to pound sand!!! 660

have the grizzly 660 2003 and had the overheating problem. Got the heat fighter kit and the gas is still boiling and i will sputter. The dealer talked to yamaha and said that they cant figure it out and since it isnt a major running problem, I am s.o.l. Anybody else have and cures or suggestions. Thanks alot

There are a variety of kevlar type slip over shields in any Summit, or Jeg's automotive catalogues. I think the heat kit already has some "reflective" heat tile types. Maybe a couple of sleeves over the fuel line would help.
