My buddy just bought a killer Banshee with tommey t5 , cool head , elkas , holeshots ect.. Right of the showroom floor! I have an 03 Raptor with yosh pipe on the way jet kit and k&n other wise mostly stock and really need to kick his a$$ This is his first quad and he cant ride very good so i have an advantage there but ill also need some other good mods to keep up any suggestions? Or should i just put aside the raptor and do up my stock 03 Banshee if so what mods should i start with on it? (I sure would like to blow by him on the Raptor though just to see his face!) hey just get you a 686 kit and you'll smoke him,or get a high compression piston, cam,values,and a mild port job

You don't want my opinion as it will be bias towards the Banshee after having had a 2003 Raptor with a complete 686 build and gave it all up for a Banshee[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

OK let me give you my opinion anyways, this is what you should do get a set of CPI pipes for that banshee and let me do some magic on the cylinders, with a 16 tooth front sproket and smoke him and many others to say the least.

 

how much is the 686 kit and how reliable is it? Sounds like a pretty big job and iam not sure if thats all he has or not. What about hotcams how much whould that give me? or new carb(s).

 

it depends which one you want there was one on ebay for like $430

 

what you need to do is.......sell your bike and buy mine...it already has all the goodies on it and you'll blow him away as a bonus
