Default Wolverine VS. 200x Drag results!

I also posted this in the atc forum.

Well I just got to take my two bikes out together yesterday. I was curious as to how the yamaha would run against the atc. Here is how they compare:

1st through 3rd on the honda will be close. They were pretty much even. The atc might even pull on the wolverine but it is traction limited. After you shift the honda into 4th the Wolverine starts pulling away with ease. However they seem to be close on top speed. The honda never was able to catch up but might have if given enough room. My riding buddy weighed within 10 lbs of my weight. We switched machines with pretty much the same results.

Not bad for a 20 year old trike.

As for jumping. I prefer the yamaha.

Just thought folks would find this interesting.

No doubt. My yamaha would not want any of a 350x or 250r even in stock form.

jumping and trikes dont goto together, i find them very unpredictable while a quad you know how you are going to launch with a trike you have to point the front tire and pray

is your wolvy heavily modded because a 350x can take a rappy and stock rappys are faster than wolvys in 3rd gear

My, my this is getting a bit heated.

I'm comparing apples to apples here. These machines are almost equally powered in stock form.

And by the way, I've been on a piped raptor and it was very respectable but there is no way that it would outrun my wolverine in 3rd gear. No doubt that it would leave me behind from the word go but if he didn't have 4th or 5th I'm betting I would pass him up and leave him behind.
