Default front differtial lock doesnt alway engage both wheeels

sometimes on my 02 650 prairie, when i pull the yellow handle both front wheel dont turn is there an adjustment for this??

Yes there is an adjustment. Go to nyroc's tech site for instructions. Found out this weekend mine was the same way. HTH

Buddy of mine just shreaded is front end because of this same problem he has the new 700. They do not even have parts available yet. Only one side locked in the other was in between

Mine did that, but my dealer fixed it. He also said I could do it any time it does it by adjusting the connection at the front differential. He also said that once you adjust it, that it should not need any more adjusting since the way it comes from the factory is loose sometimes.

IF you run big heavy tires you will need to adjust it too.

Make sure your oil level in the front diff is full. If not it will not lock.
