Big Bore Warrior

Yes FST is the best and cheapest. You can get a 446 big bore and stroke kit for like 650 bucks from them.
While Trinity charges almost 2grand for a 425 stroker with them doing all the work...I would say it's not worth it.

I havent researched this but im guessing they stroke the crank and install a big bore sleeve in the cylinder.

Actually doing the work yourself isnt all that hard. After you get the crankshaft back with the rest of the parts all you have to do is get the cylinder resleeved and bored to 87mm which will cost you extra, and then just put it back together like you took it apart. Pretty easy I thought. Getting the crankshaft in there can be a little tough though.
